The Site Squad Bootcamp LE workbook
Your two-day reference, printed in plain language at a Grade 6 reading level. It has every checklist, every reference card, the safe-lifting steps, the interview-skills practice questions, and the final-quiz pages. You can write in it, keep it, and reach for it when you start working.
Reno Academy T-shirt and Squad Crew Member lanyard
What you wear on training day. Wearing the same shirt as your fellow participants and your Coach builds quiet solidarity. You’re a crew, not a classroom. The lanyard holds your name tag for the duration of the cohort and looks professional on outdoor visits.
Reno Academy cap and water bottle
Two things you’ll use on every outdoor work day for the rest of your career. The cap keeps the sun off your face during Day 2’s outdoor session. The water bottle is yours to take to your first job.
Branded tape measure and pen
Two tools that live in your pocket. You’ll use them on Day 1 during the measuring drills and tool-ID stations, and you’ll keep using them long after you graduate. We picked good ones, not throwaways.
Work gloves, framing hammer, utility knife, paint roller and tray
These are the starter tools we put through their paces on Day 1 (hammer, knife) and Day 2 (gloves, roller, tray). You’ll hold them, use them, get used to them, and walk away with the same ones in your hand. Familiarity matters. The first time you hold a tool shouldn’t be the first day on a job.

To carry it all home. Practical, simple, and on the bus or the subway it doubles as a quiet ad for the program that helped get you started.
Why it’s part of the program, not an extra
The kit is built into the $1,500 cohort fee. We don’t upsell it, and we don’t strip it down for people on funded placements. Everyone walks in on the same footing on Day 1, with the same gear, ready to do the same work.
