The Site Squad Bootcamp LE is a focused, 2-day (16-hour) pre-employment program from The Reno Academy, serving Toronto and the GTA. With 70% of your time spent hands-on in small classes of 6–10, you will build job-ready skills in renovation, landscaping, and property maintenance — covering professional job-site conduct, tools, safe lifting, demolition and cleanup, and deck and fence maintenance. No experience required, and graduates earn a recognized certificate that opens the door to skilled trades employment.
