Do I need any experience to join?
No. No prior experience or special education is required. Our programs are designed for real beginners, and we teach every skill step by step.
Who is the Site Squad Bootcamp LE for?
It is built for anyone ready to start a hands-on career, including career changers, youth, newcomers to Canada, and adults on social assistance or facing barriers to employment. The program is supportive and accessible by design.
How long is the bootcamp?
Two full days, 16 hours in total, with about 70% of the time spent on hands-on practice.
What will I learn?
Professional job-site conduct, tool and tape identification, safe lifting, demolition and cleanup, and outdoor skills such as power washing and deck and fence maintenance.
Do I earn a certificate?
Yes. Graduates earn the Site Squad Bootcamp LE certificate, awarded after a supportive practical assessment and a short quiz, which can be completed verbally if needed.
How big are the classes?
Small, with cohorts of 6 to 10 students, so you get patient, personal instruction.
Where are you located?
We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear. We will share full details, including any protective equipment, when you enroll.
Will this help me find work?
Our training focuses on the job-ready skills employers actually want, and many of these skills lead directly to seasonal work in the spring and summer.
How do I sign up, and what about pricing and dates?
