Our Story
The Reno Academy grew out of a problem our founder saw firsthand. After years running a busy Toronto renovation and handyman company, he realized that skilled workers were too often taught bad habits and given little real support, with good people set up to fail. The Reno Academy was created to change that: to teach the right skills, the right way, in a supportive environment where anyone willing to learn can build a real career.
Our Mission
We believe a skilled trades career should be within reach for everyone. Our programs combine practical, hands-on instruction with coaching on the professional habits employers value most, taught in small groups at a pace that works for real beginners. The result is graduates who are genuinely job-ready from day one.
